The main brief for this project was to enhance the shopping / spatial environment within the existing unit.
The following areas where transformed to bring a bright, comfortable and clean feel within the store:
• coffee area,
• deli counters,
• Off licence,
• Bakery and general shelving.

John P Delaney Architects also created delicatessen units with specially designed cold and hot food counters. These counters are positioned in key areas to enhance the sense of browsing within the space. Quartz stone and timber paneling where used to achieve clean lines along the new counter runs.
Elements such as a floating raft canopy have also been added over the deli units in order to give them strong architectural lines.
