In 2003 JPD needed space to expand our growing practice. The old ‘Scanlon’s Shop’ site was acquired and its existing retail use was used

to satisfy the planning constraints of its predominantly residential location. The design comprising retail and office space had to sit

sympathetically within its context of existing dwellings whilst providing commercial frontage to the street.
