This is a small development of five detached dormer bungalows. Each bungalow enjoys superb views over the surrounding countryside.

The bungalows are all four bedroom with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. The scheme has its own on-site sewage treatment system, pending the upgrading of the public sewage system.

Work commenced on the construction of the houses in 2004 and is still ongoing in 2009.
