Our clients asked us to design a 3,500sq.ft. family home on this long narrow east-west orientated site. Planning restrictions informed a bungalow house type should be placed onto this already tight site.

A narrow plan form was designed with living spaces placed around a central south-facing courtyard, affording the family a very functional external space which can be especially enjoyed during the summer months.

Completed in 2007.
